The most dreadful part of my day.

Since August 8th, I've been on a mission to get healthier and in shape. Of course I've had days where I "cheat", but I always go right back to healthy eating. I've lost weight and I feel SO much better about my self. My confidence has definitely raised, a bunch. I ate dinner at 4:00, I had broccoli, brown rice, a little bit of pork chops and some chicken. That's good right? I'm about to go on my daily jog around the block...I hate it so much but I love the results & the way I feel afterwards. If you're having thoughts about getting in shape and healthy, you should definitely do it. You will feel so much better and let's not forget, you'll look great. ;)
